"Dusty’s crew tore down our old 12x24 deck and replaced it with a new 12x24 deck with metal roofing on the bottom side where we could use it as a covered sitting area off of the pool deck. Yes, you should hire a handyman who’s licensed, certified, and insured, if possible. States have different requirements for handyman licensing, registration, and certifications.
