Welcome to business with Stewart Real Estate Appraisals. We're a leading provider of real estate valuations for the West Tennessee market. We have 25+ yrs of experience in residential appraising. For Home Advisor, we can be hired for personal-use appraisals. For example, value for the marketing/sale of a property, "as-is" & "after-repaired" opinions of value, estate purposes, tax purposes, or just needing to know a value. We cannot be hired by private individuals for refinance transactions or mortgage transactions. Lenders do their own hiring under those cricumstances. Our residential appraisal fees begin at $350.00 and may increase depending on the complexity of the assignment.

"Terrible, missed a complete room, which will effect the appraisal. Also stated the refrigerator was missing when in fact it was there. Wrote down a small hole that appeared to be a hole dug by a dog was a sink hole. His job was to be an Appraiser not an home inspector. There are some steps missing which we all knew about, also a diversion tube for hot water heater.. So he wrote up that return trip must be made when these items are complete. I do not recommend this person or his company."
