"Steve arrived when he said he would. He replaced the porcelain tile around the area of a repaired toilet drain pipe where the plumbers had to jackhammer through the concrete slab floor. I had leftover tile from the original installation. Steve matched it well and did a great job for a very fair price."

"I texted a request early in the morning and had a response within a few hours and he came to the house that evening. He gave me the option to fix the few tiles (which he felt would be a temporary fix) or to pull everything up and put down concrete board and retile. I chose to have him retile. The work was started 4 days later and completed the next day (Christmas Eve). They took care to pull up the tiles so that they could be reused. It has been almost 2 weeks and no problems. I have had to fix and paint some trim but Paul said at the time that he and his crew do not paint and that I should expect to have to do some painting where they had to tear out the baseboards.
