"Affordable Heating and cooling out of Paris. Gave us bid May to replace ductwork Posting this so others know. They gave us a bid months ago, missed the first 3 scheduled installs, said they had an accident on the 4th scheduled and said they would install in June. Here it is July and still no install. What kind of business does not honor their own words?? They do not return calls, text or voicemail. Its really sad since they are family owned. "I live in an antebellum house, built in 1837. Over the past 175 years some of the bricks underneath the fireplace in the living room and gathering room had crumbled. The floor needed repairs and leveling. I contacted 4 companies to evaluate the problem and develop a solution. Luke Griffin, with Mr. Foundation, was the only person who actually went under the house and took pictures of the problem for us to see. We were able to see what was happening at the fireplaces. He then studied the problem and the next day offered us a solution. They came and installed steel beams with stainless steel jacks, leveled the floors and resolved the problem. I tell people an elephant now could jump up and down on the floors. Would I recommend Mr. Foundation?? 100%!!! And, FYI, their price was considerably less than two of the other companies."
