I thought okay at first. Here's why: After Ron was finishing up when he was here in December I asked for an invoice. He told me no invoice because it was the same EXACT problem with the same pipe he had fixed in October, and that they guaranteed their work. I thought "Wow! That's awesome". He told me there would be no charge and I really respected a company that stood behind their work. Imagine my surprise when a week later I received a invoice for $335. When I called Jon, the owner and explained that his guy had told me there would be no charge he said his guy misspoke, and that even if they had done the same exact fix there would be a charge. One, if your employee tells someone no charge and it is a mistake that should be on the employee and not the customer. Two, if you aren't willing to guarantee your work for at least three months I don't want you in my house.

Update 1/4/2015  About a week after I posted this and after the check for the bill was mailed to him John contacted us about feeling bad that he had not been fair to us. While he did not refund the whole thing, he did only charge for materials and one hour of service call and refunded the rest. So I give him credit for that. At this point I would give him a C, seeing how the initial fix lasted less than two months and that after his own employee told us no charge we still were partially charged.

Our ancient water heater began leaking and we decided to upsize the new one since we have a large family. After calling several plumbing companies, I decided to go with Brentwood Plumbing because John was so easy to work with and willing to give me an estimate over the phone. He was very straight forward and upfront about pricing the work that needed to be done. Unlike some big name plumbing companies we have used in the past, there was absolutely no pushy upselling of extra work or ridiculous annual service plans, priority clubs or inspections. In comparing pricing for the new water heater, their quote was also the best. The guys who did the work showed up on time and were very clean and professional. They put the new water heater in and did not leave any mess behind. I also asked them to do a couple other small fixes which they completed quickly and reasonably. I am so happy to have found Brentwood Plumbing and will absolutely use them again.

Since I had not had any problems with pipe singing until it suddenly appeared and subsequently got worse and after calling the water supplier who recently had installed new water meters and said they had no problems that would cause the pipe singing, that I called Brentwood Plumbing Company. They had replaced my water heater, and water pressure regulator and fixed a leak at the water filter in the process. They found no problems but replaced some of my water main copper pipe with plastic, to see if it would help by reducing vibration or resonance in the lines. It did not. They said they would check on it and get beck to me. They didn't get back to me with a solution. Remembering that the inlet to the pressure regulator has a filter screen I considered that the problem might be there. I removed the filter and found nothing amiss, however, I decided to relocate it up near the water filter to put it in a place more easily adjustable and in a horizontal position instead of the vertical position as had been previously . I turned the water back on and the singing was still there but I had a tiny leak at the regulator and decided I had need of more tape on the fittings. I removed the line and something fell out. It was a perfectly round pea size piece of limestone.
I surmise that when the water meter at the street was replaced a piece of gravel got into the line and traveled to the pressure regulator where it cause the singing and, as it rotated in the flow of water it became round and each time water use in the house ceased it would sink back to the bottom of the vertical pipe upon which it had been installed ready to rise again and sing.

I called on Tuesday, and hadn't heard back by Thursday. So I called again, and John was very apologetic saying he must have lost track of my message. He had Ryan come out, and he arrived right at noon as planned. He diagnosed the problem quickly, went to Home Depot to get the parts that he said were not as easy to find anymore. He went ahead and replaced both valves even though only one was leaking. That will keep us from calling in 6 mos when the other one breaks! Even with the original no call back, I'm very pleased with the work by Brentwood Plumbing. We've had them replace two toilets, a disposal and do various other jobs, and they are always very professional and hard-working.

They came out them last year sometime around September to October, somewhere in there. They broke one lock come in to the house and they repaired that. I think it was around $200. It was fine. First of all, when I called them, it was riding almost every day and it was triple days before they could get here. Basically, that was the only concern that I had. They told me that if they uncover the land, it would cost quite a bit of money for them to do it. So, I did it myself, I uncovered the land and will be going to need you here as quick as I call. And sure enough when I uncovered that need, it became straight on to positive and out of water that is covering it out. And so they did, came on, got it fixed within a short period of time.

Brentwood Plumbing arrived at 7:45am, exactly as promised, the morning after my initial call. 45 minutes later, the job was complete--he actually had the part in his van. After installation, he came and checked that the water pressure was right and that I was happy with their work. He was prompt, professional and courteous.. The price was reasonable for the work and service. I will use them again

The company's employees were on time for each appointment, professional, and deliberate in their work. The clearing of the sewer line took the most time (approx. 3 hrs) and I was pleasantly surprised at my bill. I expected it to be much more.

Contacted BPC on a Friday, left a message. (Repairs needed were NOT an
emergency) We were contacted the following Monday. BPC is closed
weekends. An appointment was scheduled. The plumber showed up on time,
assessed the problem, told us what repairs were needed, then performed
the work. The repairs solved our problem, at a reasonable cost.
(Discount coupon was applied) We would definitely use BPC services again.

Except for the water leaking the plumbing job was great. The plumbing company did a good job and it was done quickly as well as the quality of work. I am satisfied with the company,price and quality.

We used them twice. The first time, they came out and cleared the plug. The second time that it re-stopped up; they had to come back out. I liked them because they were quickly available. We called and had a problem that day; the other plumbing company told us that they would be able to get to us in 5-6 days. Brentwood Plumbing Company Inc. came that day, so they were responsive. Actually, we called them out this week.

They diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it, were professional and prompt. Good service.

The gentleman who came out was right on time and corrected the problem immediately. I would definitely recommend them.

They were brought in early after tear out of walls and floor to remove tubs, sinks commodes. They returned to install a shower and reinstall the rest plus a tankless water heater. They were always on time and did an excellent job. They were polite and responsive to questions, calm and reassuring during a difficult time.

They arrived at the time promised, got right to work and worked for three hours to clear the sewer.

I was very happy with Zack's punctuality and professionalism. (Love it when they take off their shoes!) He called to let me know he was on his way. He explained what needed to be done, and got it done in no time. We're very pleased.

Great service from these guys. I will definitely call Brentwood Plumbing for future needs.

It went well. The repairman was knowledgeable and polite.

Last December was particularly cold here in Tennessee, and we had a water spigot freeze, which caused the pipe to burst. I learned the hard way why you should always DISCONNECT the hose from the spigot before the first harWe had an emergency plumber come out that night and cut and cap off the supply pipe that feeds the spigot, with the idea of replacing the broken spigot and reconnecting the supply in the spring. I contacted Brentwood Plumbing about the reconnection work and they were very reliable and did a great job. I called on a Thursday afternoon, and they were there on Friday morning. The repair took less than 1 hour and the fee I felt was fair and in line with work that was done: Replaced the the frost-free spigot and seal the area around. Reconnect the water supply to the spigot. All done in an uncomfortable and nearly inaccessible crawl space.

Outside faucet broken while in the "on" position. I turned off the water and called someone on Angie's list, who recommended Brentwood Plumbing. I called and they sent a very professional young man, who replaced the outdoor faucet and part of the pipe.
