"Our floors were ruined by overuse of a product called "orange-glo", dogs, and chair scrapes. Mr. Johnson came when scheduled, and worked diligently until completed, and they look beautiful again. He kept in touch about when he'd be here and redid an area that was very difficult to get to until it, too, looked like new. He offered to retouch anything that might have been damaged by moving back in (fortunately not needed), or for anything else we might find that needs help. Cost was slightly lower than competitors, but quality was not compromised."
