Unfortunately, the down side was that I quickly received a bill for $258. I had had a difficult time when I booked the appointment because they did not have my payment registered. I had my receipt and suddenly they found it. But the invoice after the fact was still $258.00, having not deducted the payment of $129.00. I received an invoice this morning which had been corrected but the invoice also indicated that my payment had been refused. I was angry and insulted because I have an excellent credit rating. When I called, the representative suddenly found that it had indeed been paid two hours before I got out of bed this morning. I still disagree with the additional $89 installation charge. I expected to pay for the needed materials for hanging, but I thought the advertisement for $129 was the installation price.
