"Linden did an excellent job with the replacement of our deck. He worked in a timely manner and is very thoughtful and polite. we couldn’t be more happier with the outcome. Many of our neighbors have already stopped by to complement the new deck . We will be spending many hours out there Thank you Linden."

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"We had a great experience working with Maintenance Providers. To begin with, we found because they had an excellent rating with the Better Business Bureau. They were terrific about returning my original message, and they communicated very well with us throughout the project. They gave us a detailed description of the work. They showed up to do the work on time. They were polite and careful when working. They warned us of problems that had not been foreseen in the original estimate. They did not waste time, and we felt like we had been treated very well. We will definitely be contacting them in the future for other projects."

"The R and C team did a great job on my flooring project. The bid was much lower than the final expense but the job was tricky and much unknown until farther into it. No complaints with the service, execution or final expense. The team was very friendly and communicative."

"It's been hard to find someone who works as hard and efficiently as I do, but it's not an overstatement to say Ernest does even better work. He did such a good job I hired him full time to flip my duplex paid him more than I thought I would pay anyone, but It didn't matter because work got done twice as fast. I will definitely be giving him a call once I'm ready to remodel another home!"

Whether you should repair or replace your window screens depends on the severity of the damage and the screen’s age. For large tears or holes or multiple points of damage, replacing your screen may be more cost-effective than attempting to repair the damage. If your screens are more than 10 years old, they may continue to give you issues after repair, so it’s likely worth replacing them. We recommend hiring a local screen repair technician, as they will have tools on hand for a repair or replacement and can recommend the best course of action.
In most cases, custom window treatments are well worth the investment. Custom window treatments not only elevate your curb appeal and make your home more visually pleasing inside, but they also often do a better job of boosting your home’s energy efficiency than non-custom treatments, and they usually last longer. Plus, specialty window treatments can increase your home value if maintained well, so your investment is more worthwhile in the long run in most cases, too.
It’s possible to make minor screen repairs yourself using a waterproof adhesive for small tears or a screen patch kit for larger tears and holes. However, it’s usually a better option to call in a professional window technician. It’s very easy to use too much waterproof glue, resulting in a messy appearance that might demand a full replacement anyway. A screen repair technician will not only be able to carry out clean repairs and patches that aren’t obvious, but they can also let you know if replacing your screen is a more cost-effective option.
Window screen repair costs around $310 on average, ranging from $100 to $480, depending on material, the type of window screen, the window size, the accessibility of the window, and whether you need to replace the window screen frame. You can save money on window screen repair costs by using a more affordable material like vinyl or fiberglass, rescreening instead of replacing them, and swapping multiple screens at once to combine labor costs.
Custom window treatments cost around $900 per window, and prices usually fall between $150 and $4,800. Your total will depend on many factors, including the type of window treatment, the amount and size of the windows, your home’s location, and the labor cost. Blinds and shutters tend to be the most affordable custom window treatments at $600 to $2,700, and the most expensive options are valances, drapes, curtains, and estate shutters, costing up to $3,000.
