Cost is determined by the job. Additional DBA - WarneChemical.com.

"Talked with the RC office about some fertilizer for some evergreens. Was told the service would take place in the fall. Their service technician calls me the day he?s in my area and says I will be there in 3 minutes. No previous communication about the day of treatment but 3 minutes notice. Logan needs some further instruction on protocol dealing with customers. Not the company I new 20 years ago. "

Lawn Fertilization and Treatment questions, answered by experts

It depends on the type of grass and the condition of your lawn. We advised you to fertilize your lawn at least twice per year. However, warm-season grasses and nutrient-deficient lawns may need to be fertilized up to four times a year. Remember, you don't want to over fertilize either, so soil testing can help to determine if your lawn lacks nutrients and if it’s ready for another application.

Each season’s climate influences approaches needed for effective suppression.

If your grass is stressed from being over-trimmed, try watering it heavily and then allowing it to recover for at least two weeks before mowing again. If you notice brown patches where the grass has died off because it’s too short, you should remove the dead grass and overseed the area. Leaving dead patches can invite weeds and other problems, so if you want a totally green lawn, getting rid of dead patches should include removing the dead sections before reseeding the area.

Yes—lawn renovation can turn your lawn from damaged to healthy in one month or less. You should also consider lawn renovation an investment in your home’s future. Not only will a lawn renovation ensure that you have a beautiful, healthy, and thriving lawn, but when it comes time to sell your home, the curb appeal will increase your home’s value.

The best fertilizer for early spring is an organic slow-release fertilizer that sets up your lawn for continued good health and vigorous growth throughout the whole growing season. If your lawn is particularly neglected or has specific issues, you may need an application of quick-release fertilizer alongside a slow-release one for an immediate boost.
