Trees & Shrubs Treat, Protect and Maintain
Talked with the RC office about some fertilizer for some evergreens.
Was told the service would take place in the fall.
Their service technician calls me the day he?s in my area and says I will be there in 3 minutes.
No previous communication about the day of treatment but 3 minutes notice.
Logan needs some further instruction on protocol dealing with customers.
Not the company I new 20 years ago.

Contacted Warne Chemical to spray weeds at office building and i think they fertilized them
Cast was $90.00
Purchased a weed killer from Warne Chemical, sprayed weeds with it and nothing . Followed directions so took
purchase back to Warne Chemical and all they said i mixed it wrong. I told them i did not mix it wrong, i followed
directions and all they said was you mixed it wrong. Very rude and unprofessional. . would not offer suggestions
and laughed at my complaint. took pruchase to another chemical company and was told that Warne Chemical had
sold me a product that was ineffective for weeds.
