Macho Men Maid Service

The job was to finish cleaning tile in two rooms of our home. I had started out to clean all the tile myself, but after cleaning three rooms with toothbrushes and a bottle of Oxyclean laundry treatment, I was ready to call for help. Our first challenge was scheduling by email and phone, partly because I do not have a smart phone, so I do not check emails as often as I could if I did have one; so some of our communication was disrupted, but Afiya was persistent, polite, calm and professional, and we did get an appointment set up.
After the job was done,  Afiya came to inspect the results herself. She asked me to call her with a report on how the grout looked after drying, noting that there were several spots she thought might need another treatment. She opted to come back another day and work on those spots herself, at no additional charge. In the end, most of the tile and grout looked almost like new, and I know for sure that those spots that would not come clean really do need to be re grouted. I will definitely call on them again.
