"We had the east side of our house windows done this year. 4 windows total. 3 bedrooms and the kitchen window, which is now a awning window with a fine screen on the inside. We are very pleased with the new windows and the installation that was done by Mickey and his crew. They did a get job and cleaned up excellent after they were done. We did the west side of our house 2 years ago with a bedroom window and a patio sliding door. Of note last summer we had 2 hail storms with one storm with baseball size hail. The patio door and the bedroom window stood up to the hail and did not break. The trim around the widow and door got pretty beat up and we only had to replace the trim. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
