They showed up within 45 minutes of calling about the fire, our initial consultation with Arrow was great. All our questions were answered and our fears were quelled, we at that point were happy with Arrow. This was short lived. The Fire happened on a Friday afternoon, so all Arrow could do at that time, was put an ionizer in our home over the weekend to reduce the smell of smoke, which did work great, come Monday morning the smell was almost non existent. Monday Arrow was at our home sharply by 8 a.m., with 2 men who were removing all of our personal property, this was done in a professional manner, because they did bubble wrap fragile items. It took these 2 men, approximately 6-7 hrs to remove all of our property that was to be salvaged. Lets back track to Friday once, we had asked Arrow if the smell/smoke damage could be removed from the couch and beds, they had initially said, no it will not. So I had told them, to throw them away, if they could not be salvaged. As the days turned to weeks, I had stopped over quite frequently to check on what was being done with my house. Most days, NO ONE was there. This became a big concern for me, as we wanted to come home and not be in a hotel for so long. I had noticed a few damages done to the home, and also was not pleased with how our clothes smelled after we got them back from being "cleaned" by Arrow. So the next day, my Fiance and I, the insurance adjuster, the owner of Arrow and his son, all met at our house for a little meeting. When I brought up the fact, that NO ONE was at our house most days, the OWNER of Arrow tells us that another client, whose house had a fire after ours, was MORE important than we, because her son is a doctor. Which basically stated that since we live in a mobile home, that we are not a priority, because we are not doctors... As the weeks continued they still were not at the house every day and when they were, only for a short time. This angered us, we wanted to be home, but were unable because Arrow did not have us as a priority. So almost a month not being home, we decided we were coming home, even though there was no flooring in most of the home. Reason for this is, we had wanted to upgrade the flooring in the home, but Arrow wanted to charge $800 more than the standard flooring that was in our home previous. Arrow still did not have the back door replaced or the broken counter tops (they had damaged in the removal of our personal property). When we received all of our personal property back from Arrow, my Fiance noticed a military item owned by his father missing. We looked through all the boxes and had called the restoration company, asking where this item was. They said they had not seen it, so not only did Arrow do a horrible job to the house, they now or someone working for them, stole from us. With the structural repair, they couldn't have done a worse job. Smoke damages were still seen on the walls, trim was put back on improperly. I should not be able to see the light on in my bathroom, while being in my bedroom from the ceiling. The paint job, looks as if my 4 year old son painted the house. They missed corners, got in on doors, and there are spots where you can see the primer. They also tore up my front yard, I have no more grass, it is all just dirt... I will never again use this restoration company ever. I had to have new wax rings done on all toilets due to sewer gas leaking. Had to have someone come in and redo all faucets due to leakage and moving. Had the basement toilets going dry and sewer gas going through house so had to evacuate and sewer back up in tub in basement several times. Had to have someone come in router out the pipes and he said something was probably dropped in line and was plugging things up. When he put in my septic tank, he waited to do it in the dark and cut an electric line which he tacked on to my bill for the repair. Just had a pipe explode in my wall and flood my basement. The plumber who repaired it said it was substandard piping. The Lemon Heat Pump had been installed in 2002 by the previous owner to the existing 1976 back up Electric Furnace and Air Exchange unit in the house. Starting 6 months after I moved in, I had problems with the Lemon Heat Pump. Even though the Heat Pump was under warrantee, I had to pay for the service calls, labor, and coolant. I had a succession of failures in the Heat Pump which was getting really expensive. I complained to Baete Forseth about the mounting costs, and after an expensive failure of the Heat Pump about 10 months after I'd moved in, Baete Forseth went to bat for me with Lennox and the Lemon they'd sold me. Lennox (Lemon) told Baete Forseth it was their installation fault, but couldn't point toward a specific cause, then eventually settled on the excuse of the 1976 Lennox Air Exchanger was not compatable with the 2002 Lennox Heat Pump, which, from what I could see, had nothing to do with the Heat Pump, all the failures with the Heat Pump involved the compressor and change valve in the pump itself, plus leaking coolant coils. I contacted Lemon myself and eventually offered to purchase a new inside Air Exchange/Electric Furnace and pay for the install if they provided a new external Heat Pump and paid for Baete Forseth to intstall that, my reasoning was that it was obvious to me that the Lennox Heat Pump was just a poor quality pump with mounting successive failures that were all related to each other (loss of coolant caused the compressor to fail which caused the valve to fail, which overheated the coolant which caused the coil to leak again). Lennox refused my offer. As a result, I shopped around and settled on a Coleman system, which Baete Forseth sold. I hired Baete Forseth to install it about spring 2004 and it has worked great since. My relationship with Baete Forseth is stellar, they come out when I need service, they are fast and reliable, and they are reasonably priced. I'd purchase another Coleman from them and hire them to install it without any concern of being overpriced or any concern about quality of the equipment. In a side note, Baete Forseth hauled away a Lemon Heat Pump to the salvage yard that was still under warrantee (what a piece of junk)."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/sd/sioux-falls/baete-forseth-hvac-reviews-2289776.htm"},"position":9}]}

A $119 service fee turned into almost $600 before they did a thing. Not only did they not fix anything, a toilet actually wasn't working after they left. They caused more damage and charged for it. Do not use this company. They do not care about the customer actually getting their plumbing fixed.
Jack had to work around an electrician, a plumber, and scheduling difficulties, and had to do some custom work. Did a great job, especially considering everything involved.

We contacted the recommended company about heating coils and will meet with them next week.
