"We hired SCD to install a gazebo kit for us. The gazebo kit had a leaky roof due to ineffective screws. Stephen immediately saw the problem and came up with a fix. Stephen and crew worked hard from getting g materials to doing the installation to make sure we had a quality product. Stephen’s greatest assets are his EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE. As a general contractor, he knows what he is doing. He is also a great communicator and kept us in the loop on all steps of the process. I highly recommend SCD and will use them again."

We weren't sure what color scheme to go with, but with Grayson's expert eye he helped us find the perfect match. We were impressed by how he got back to us the same day we reached out, did a walkthrough that evening, started work that weekend and had the job finished by Monday, just in time for our daughter's graduation party. Grayson is very professional but down to earth and personable too, which is nice beings he's a stranger in your living space. We noticed how Grayson clearly takes pride in his work because everything was spotless at the end of each day you'd never known he was even there. Grayson work is very good and he is time efficient. The work was completed July 15, 2022 when we paid him (Jeff Storhaug from Twin City Construction, LLC) the remaining balance. The total bill was $28 300.00. Shortly thereafter we received a notice that a $11,801.12 lien was placed on our property by Builders First Source for non-payment for materials by Jeff Storhaug (Twin City Construction, LLC). We tried numerous times to contact Mr. Storhaug, but were unsuccessful. This debt has since been sent to collections and may negatively affect our good credit for which we have worked very hard to maintain. Prior to this was also our first time ever being debt free as we paid off ALL our debts only to have Jeff Storhaug of Twin City Construction, LLC dishonestly steal away our honest efforts.
