Everything went great. Steven stayed in contact with me, letting me know of any scheduling changes due to the weather. His crews showed up on time, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. My wife and I couldn't wait for it to rain, as the old roof had been leaking for quite some time. Steven even did a great job with the rear porch modification that I requested, Thanks!

Excellent! He was easy to work with, the deck was perfect, very timely, did a great job for us and I would highly recommend him for general construction of the house.

I needed my basement stairs rebuilt due to a basement remodel. Stephen listened to my requirements, double-checked some issues with the building dept, and came to work. He demo'd the old stairs, built the new stairs to spec, and cleaned up all of the mess. He was prompt, and the build quality was excellent. I plan on adding a deck to my house in the future, and I'll definitely consider Dodd Construction for that job.

The price was about average for what he did in Lincoln, Nebraska. He was very straightforward and honest. He did an excellent job. We didn't care when they came and went as long as they got it done. He could not get to it immediately so he did a patch on a very bad hole for free to keep us dry until he could get back to do the whole job. He did the repair for free and at that point, he didn't even know that he was going to get the job. He was willing to come out and help us when he was very busy.
