They came out and gave an estimate and had samples of wood to choose from and gave options for the installation on the edges, etc. They show up when they are scheduled to for all appointments and they explain what they are going to do and how to care for the counters after installation. "We were introduced to Nick by another trusted friend and contractor. Nick was one of 3 carpenters/contractors that we had bid the job, and from the start, he built trust and credibility. After seeing pictures of his work, reading others reviews, and going on "gut," we hired Nick for a rather challenging and unique project (large built in book shelf that we wanted to appear as part of the original 30 year old log home), along with a list of other jobs that are probably more typical (new solid wood interior doors, plant flooring in a basement, tongue and grove ceilings with sound proofing and can lighting, and misc. trim work). "I need decking for a 15 year old 16x24 foot deck replaced. Upon removal of the rotten decking it was discovered that many of the supports were also rotten, Eli was able to replace or repair all the cross beams and supports. He replaced all the decking and lattice work. The deck is now structurally more sound than before and saved me a lot of money instead of building a whole new deck. I am more than pleased with Eli and his work ethic and attitude. I highly recommend Eli for any and all of your indoor and outdoor projects."
