The scope of the project was to repair a roof/siding leak; and install new wall/ceiling sheetrock and flooring where leak damage had occurred. After contacting several others, Mack is the only one who told us he COULD do it and WOULD do it! 1. Quality of work performed. The quality of work done was superior. Throughout the project, we were impressed with Mack’s commitment to generating a top-quality product. He really cared about doing the job right! He identified the problem and worked quickly to stop a long-term roof leak right before Hurricane Florence hit SC. Repairs to the roof, ceilings and walls was perfect. "Very well! Matthew our assigned project manager was very thorough and respectful. He kept our property guarded! We had a few people pop by the house to "check" things out and he respected our home. He called to see if these people were allowed on the property. He and I traveled through the house where he showed me how the work was being conducted. He also showed me problem areas. And explained throughly how it would work. There were about 5 guys working in the dead heat of July! where days it was almost unbearable. I was onsite 2 days here and there where I provided beverages and popcicles to cool off. They were able to complete the work a day a head of schedule! Now that we're into November. Todd also spent a half day drilling through the granite on a relief for my husbands' parents. He had to take the bronze to get it trimmed. As busy as Todd is, he took the time because he knew how important how these family issues are. This was way out of what a normal contractor would do and now the relief is up and it is beautiful. That's just the kind of person he is. He has been maintaining our property for the past 7 years. He does everything from replacing doors, sheet rock, refinishing cabinet doors, or has access to someone who can do it. If the rental properties needed to be painted, either inside or ouside, he did the work."
