They hook you with this one word. They tell you they will fight your insurance company on your behalf. What they do is fight the insurance for their behalf to receive more money. I do not have enough room to write what is needed. But PLEASE HEAD TO MY WARNING! Or find out the hard way like we did. Also alot of their 5 stars come from thier owners/staff"
