Good experience.

Wonderful. The rain water was leaking down behind the siding, between the roof line and the deck cover. It needed sealing and flashing added. Matt came out right away. Explained what needed to be done. Gave me the estimate, and sent someone out the first dry day possible to fixed the leak. It rained all day today, No Leaks. Just wanted to recommend Matt at Roof Roof for anyone who may be in need. We have a leak in our master bedroom that needs repair. We have had the roof replaced and several other companies try to solve the problem. Matt Cheney, with Roof, Roof roofing came out and took his time evaluating the situation — looking in the attic, opening a window to get soaked in the rain to examine the exterior hardy board, etc.)! And he was honest, too! His ultimate recommendation meant that his company would not make any money from our job — as the window located upstairs (just above a bay window) seems to be the problem. I am so thankful for honest, hard-working people. This will now be our go-to roofing company from now on, and I we so thankful to know Matt!

Once the contract was agreed upon, the work started the very next day. That blew my mind, that they were that available to start. The job took 3 days, 2 for the roof and one for the vinyl work. The roof was beautiful, the cleanup was great and the I am very satisfied with my roof. The vinyl work had a hitch of communication between the subcontractor. that was remedied quickly and the work was completed. This is the second time I have used Roof Roof, and I will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

Quoting process was quick and thorough. All questions were answered in great detail. The price was approximately $2,000 less than other quotes received for the same service. The sales rep was accomodating on our need to reschedule an appointment to review color samples, and quickly found a workable date. The installment went very well - exactly as promised. Working with the office personnel was a real pleasure - very responsive and genuinely concerned that everything was as expected. I would recommend to others and would use again.

Should up on time with the contracted material and finished in 2 days. Clean up was good only leaving a small box of stuff for me to collect. This is not a complaint but typical of most contractors I have hired. No supervision. A crew came out did the work but as far as I know no one checked on them. After the job was complete I was asked if they did a good job. I am in no way qualified to comment on a roofers work or a railing installer or plumber or a/c installer.

The responsiveness and care that Roof Roof gave was impeccable. Kel was the sales rep presented all options and scenarios with great care and concern. Allison was a great help and contact letting me know what to expect as well as making sure the minor concerns that I had was addressed. The team that came out was able to do the entire roof in one day, very impressive. If I had to do it all over again, I would still choose them.

Great job at a fair price. They took extra care of the plantings around the house and clean up very well. Responsive and professional. Addressed all of my concerns and treated us like we were their only clients.

Great, caulked skylights did not leak in recent big rainstorms.

Roof Roof was the only gutter company that called me back, showed up and on the day and time that they said they would, so they got the job. I just needed the gutters and downspouts replaced on the front of my house. Approx 49 feet. Kel came out, measured and gave me a quote on 7/17. On 7/24 I called Kel back to let him know I signed the contract and what did I need to do next. I did not hear back from him so I called the main number for Roof- Roof on Aug 8 and was told to email the contract to lhensley, which I did the same day On Sept 22 I emailed Lhensley back because I had not heard anything (Kel did tell me on 7/17 that they were running about 4-6 weeks behind because of all the hail damage). On 9/25 Alison Baker emailed and apologized for the wait and they were meeting that day regarding scheduling for that week and they hoped to get me in by Friday and would let me know. On 9/27 I was sitting in my living room at 5:20 ish in the afternoon and heard some banging, I looked out the window and 2 guys were putting ladders up. I went out and asked who they were and they had told me they were contracted with Roof Roof. They apologized no one notified me, I then emailed Alison Baker back letting her know that I was never notified that anyone was coming out and she called back immediately and apologized for the communication breakdown. I got over it because at least they were at my house replacing my gutters. About 6:00 one of the contractors rang the door bell and said that they took the gutters off but found out they were about 5 feet short of gutters, they thought it was 40 feet and brought 45 but they really needed about 50. I thanked them and went back and emailed Alison Baker to let her know I was not happy now. The next morning Alison Baker emailed me back and said she spoke with the crew and they should be back out that day (9/28). They guys came back out around 5:30 on 9/28 and finished. The gutters look good, no idea how they work since it has not rained.

Difficult to get inspection and scheduling but the repairs were done in one day, a big plus.

Everything went very well and the company was very responsive to our questions and concerns.

roof went well. was an insurance claim and the sales rep was rude when attempting to collect money. It was 6 days post installation and insurance check was in route and we received 3 calls and 4 texts within first 6 days. Dumpster was not even removed from property yet. Paid in full within 10 days of completion. Felt payment calls were extremely in excess. However, the office account manager(Teri) was very helpful and pleasant!

That was a very reasonable price compared to one of his competitors.  For what they did, I would grade them an A.  For quality, I was unable to observe what he was doing, but from his description I would assume that he would receive an A on that as well.  The professionalism in his verbal response would receive an A.  As far as the professionalism with regard to the actual service, again, I didn't observe it, but I am assuming I would grade that an A as well.

Insurance claim and the work was done well.

I received written bids from three roofing contractors. The cost estimates were similar but I chose Roof Roof as they were prompt, friendly, and professional in our first encounter for a free estimate, they were knowledgeable about roofing, they had two Superior Service awards from Angie’s list, an A+ rating on BBB, and my insurance company also recommended them. On the agreed upon work day, I left home a little before 7am and returned home at 6pm to a completed new roof with no mess or nails in my yard. My neighborhood has experienced several hard rain showers since the work was completed, but I have not seen any evidence of leaks in my roof. I would gladly recommend Roof Roof to anyone.

Excellent work and price, the crew was polite and work was done quickly. The only small gripe is clean up could have been a bit better. I know it's **** ** roofing but nails are tough on mowers and car tires. Overall I would go with them again.

Roof Roof did a great job. The company responded quickly to our service request. Instead of just putting a bandaid fix on the issue, they took the time to find the underlying issue causing the nail pops. Within a week they came out to fix the underlying issue and a couple of missing shingles. Prices were competitive.

They are also go by Findley Roofing. The work was okay. You have to watch them as far as the details. They tried to tell me that the last shingle on the peak always has exposed nails with caulk over the nail heads. I don't think so... Left gaps on the flashing around the chimney, they came back and added more caulk. Forgot to put two pieces of drip edge on in the back corner??? They came back and fixed. Pieces of old shingles hanging out from under the gutters, they came back. I had to clean up back porch first night to not step on nails. First day they were on the roof until 9:30 at night then back in the morning at 6:30. The crew threw their bones from lunch in my bushes, my dog found them. All in all I would not recommend them.
