ATD threw away thousands of dollars worth of our irreplaceable brick. Our house was hit during Hurricane Helene and we had one of our brick walls left half standing. The brick was handmade in the 60s, is no longer available, and there aren’t any proper matches. To avoid having a very obvious difference in appearance, the whole wall needs to be torn down because ATD took and threw away all of our bricks. Not only did we have to buy more brick to replace what ATD threw out, but we have an increase in bill due to the extra in labor. ATD refuses to take responsibility for this. They tried to call throwing out our bricks a “miscommunication” but our contract is clear ATD was not supposed to handle anything brick related. Would not recommend ATD at all!

ATD roofing did a great job with our roof repair. Their quote was competitive and they were able to get us on the schedule quickly. The roof looks great and I would use them again.

ATD truly came alongside us as new homeowners to determine repair vs. replacement, develop a plan based on insurance letter quote, and giving us an estimate of total cost. The whole installation team (from choosing color of shingles/to completion of new roof/to billing) were professional, diligent, and showed great respect to our landscaping, garden, in-ground pool, and house. As hidden issues appeared with old roof removal, solutions were offered. Upon completion, ATD swept the area multiple times with magnets for nails and thoroughly inspected the whole roof with their drone. The new roof looks amazing! We have peace of mind now and are thrilled with the final look. Now we can say, "Let it rain!"

We called ATD to come out and perform a few inspections on our properties in Knoxville, TN. Grant was my contact with the company and was very responsive and knowledgeable. They came out and gave us several inspections and recommendations for our issues. Shortly there after ATD was on site conducting the repairs and will be also doing a roof replacement for another location. Highly recommend and look forward to working with them in the future.

Roof replacement went smoothly after an inspection; representative (Jaron) was very responsive and easy to talk to and my insurance claims adjuster and him ended up talking directly. They met up at the house and my claim was approved then, Jaron explained how the process went with the claims adjuster so we were all on same page and it went smoothly....roofers moved things out of the way and put back, cleaned up, etc. Jaron came back and did another round of clean up just in case and did find a few things. Very happy with the process and the roof.

We got our roof replaced with ATD, and they were fabulous from start to finish. They called me back within minutes of submitting an inquiry on Angie’s List, but were also patient with us when we took our time to decide how and when we wanted to get our roof done. We primarily worked with Ian, who not only did our initial inspection, but handled each step of the project. He was professional, kind, and patient, answering all of our questions and even helping with our call to the insurance company when we decided to make a claim. He was on time for each of our meetings, and was always responsive over phone, text, and email. The office staff was also friendly and helpful, updating us when needed without being too overbearing. I would definitely recommend working with ATD!

Great experience with the whole process between ATD and my insurance claim. Rue was professional and clear when it came to all the paperwork and was a great guide through the process. Nadia was helpful and had great communication between myself and the crew with scheduling. The crew was quick yet thorough and cleaned up well which my dog and I am grateful for. Highly recommend!

Rick Razo and his crew at ATD Restoration did an awesome job with replacing my roof, painting my room (due to leak in roof) and repairing my son’s window. Everyone was knowledgeable and precise about the work that they did on my house. I would most definitely call them back to do more work on my house.

Rue & Nick at ATD were great to work with, they stopped by one day to offer a free roof inspection due to recent hail storms. They documented damage, and worked with my insurance co., to have roof replaced. They were proactive, communicated well, very detailed, knowledgeable, and everything done on schedule, with no issues. Highly recommend!

I am very impressed by the level of service and quality provided by ATD Restoration. They were with me from start to finish. From showing up for insurance inspection to making sure every nail was picked up. Every step of the process was explained in detail. From the moment we started dealing with Donnie at ATD Restoration, we were extremely impressed with his service, timeliness, communication, and handling of our insurance claim. He met our adjustor at our home and did all of the dealings with the insurance company. He was on site the morning of the job very early and came back to inspect that everything had been done and cleaned up. He was extremely easy to deal with and walked us through the entire process. We would definitely recommend their service and very happy with their work.

I thought that I needed a new roof, so I called a local rooofing company. I didn't feel comfortable about their opinion and estimate, so my friend referred ATD to me.
