"Contacted to replace a gas log set they had installed 2 years ago when they charged $250. First they weren’t available for 10 days; second they raised their price to $400! I questioned the woman about the price increase and she made an excuse it was 2 years ago. I called Mount Pleasant Fireplace and Gas who did the job for $250 and 3 days after I called. I understand things are tough and could accept a higher price but a 60% increase is ridiculous."

"Fantastic. Their promptness in coming to measure and complete the job was astounding! They had done a job for good friends several years ago when another company left obvious seams and wall gaps in a granite installation. they tore out the first job and had A&A redo the entire kitchen. We knew their skill and quality was what we needed this time as we are in a hurry to get this home on the market. We also know that some of the area's more upscale developers are using them for installations in their model homes. Guess that is why the promptness here was such a surprise.. we know they are busy. Install was today and we could not be happier. It's beautiful. The whole crew is great.. from the lovely lady in the office to the fellow who measures and gave great suggestions to the fabricators and install crew...totally top notch!!!
