"I trusted Travis Whitworth to get my 9 windows installation project completed within the contract timeframe. Mr Travis and his office manager showed poor communication throughout this project. I had to continuously follow up with them for project status. Mr Travis left me hanging for almost two months after promising to fix areas of concern after my windows were installed in early May. He did not treat my project as a priority. I attempted to negotiate a small discount off the balance due to the delay in getting my project completed. Mr Travis refused and verbally attacked me over the phone. He called me a thief, said I couldn't afford the windows and he threatened to place a lien on my home. I didn't deserve that. I have a right to express my negative experience with his company and I have been more than patient. I never verbally attacked him eventhough he didn't hold up his end of our agreement. If you are reading this review, please don't buy your windows from this Columbia SC location. Take your business to a more reputable company."
