Very knowledge, friendly, and helpful! Great work and great price! He has completed two tubs in my house and if I had more, I would use him for those also!

I am owner and CEO of Herculean Property, we mostly focus on house flipping in the Greenville area and I would say ATR is one of my secret weapons and Russel is my go to guy. The one great thing I can say is he will NOT put making a buck over the quality of his work and ultimately your product. I don't mind making sure my job sites are up to his standards because in the end it benefits me. He text me when he gets to one of my houses, then pictures of the before and then pictures of the after. He is always on time and has even got jobs done for me on short notice and on weekends. If you want a professional that puts the quality of his work over "just doing it" and taking your money then American Tub Refinishing is my recommendation.

He did an excellent job. A few months later I dropped something heavy in the tub and chipped it. He came back and fixed it (and for a much lower charge than I would have expected). I would definitely hire him again.

All I can say is I wish I would have done this years ago! It looks like brand new! Russ was on time and very professional. We are in the midst of a remodel and he patiently climbed over materials -- never complained.

Mr. Jacobsen arrived on time and began work immediately. He answered all my concerns and questions with patience and politeness, even made helpful suggestions on improving the appearance of the bathroom. He was professional and did an outstanding job on my old blue tub, transforming it  into a new white tub. I couldn't be more pleased. He charged a fair price for the work. I highly recommend him.

Everything went spectacularly. The owner performs all services himself. He VERY carefully covered all surfaces in the bathroom and took the greatest care with our home. He did a fantastic job with plugging the holes with a fiberglass putty and then etched and refinished the glaze on the inside of our antique cast iron claw foot tub. It looks absolutely beautiful...you can't even tell where the faucets used to enter the side wall of the tub.I have used the tub quite regularly for the past 5 months and the finish still looks gorgeous. Further, not a spec of mess was left behind anywhere in the bathroom. Absolutely fantastic job and VERY reasonably!

We are very pleased with our refinished tub for a fraction of the cost it would have been to replace.  I would describe Mr. Jacobson as an artist who takes great pride in his work.  We moved into a home with the guest shower/bathtub in bad shape with tons of soap scum and fiberglass cracked.  Mr. Jacobson arrived on time, performed the repair work and refinishing within four hours.  He was meticulous to details from tub preparation to completed job and came prepared with all types of speciality equipment including a venting system through an outside window.  He completely covers walls, windows and doors before he beganand cleaned up when he finished.  Our bathtub looks brand new and is very easy to clean.  I would highly recommend American Tub Refinishing.  Mr. Jacobson has a great website explaining the process and how to prepare for his arrival.  He also answered any questions by phone or text before his arrival.
