"Very professional company and can adapt to your requests! I added in a gate and changed the dimensions some but they were able to make it work. The fence turned out great and I am glad I had their input for the overall look. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting quality work at a fair price."

"I had the pleasure of recently working with C&C property care … I was in desperate need of replacing a section of my fence as well as a new gate . Their work was outstanding, professional, courteous, and extremely reasonable…. Don’t hesitate to hire this company.. it’s so nice looking out in my yard again and seeing a beautiful new fence . "I have rental properties and real estate homes, I cant get enough contractors to get out there to do the work so I have had him come and do work for me on these. He has done electrical, plumbing, and built in shelves, especially at the mobile park. It is hard to find contractors to do the work, but he is available, affordable, and worth the money. He put in more time to get the job done, he was timely and made sure the project got done."

Gazebos questions, answered by experts

The average cost to build or install a gazebo is around $5,700, with prices typically ranging from $3,000 to $10,000. The final cost depends on several factors, including the gazebo's size, shape, material, and design complexity. For example, square gazebos and those made from metal can be more expensive, while brick is a more affordable material. Adding custom features like built-in seating or lighting will also increase the price. You can potentially save money by purchasing a prefabricated kit or performing some of the labor yourself.

For many people, a gazebo is worth it, but it’s a matter of personal preference. If you love spending time outside but your yard doesn’t offer much protection from the sun or rain, then adding a gazebo might be worthwhile. Or, if you enjoy hosting dinner parties and want a nice outdoor space to gather with your friends, a gazebo could be a good investment.

Log cabins are relatively difficult to maintain compared to a traditional house. That’s because log cabins require regular upkeep and care that can include refinishing and corncob blasting, a process similar to sandblasting that shoots ground-up corncob with compressed air.

To make the gazebo accessible, you can build a wheelchair pathway leading up to it. The path should be paved with a smooth surface for wheelchairs to roll through. A low curb should be placed along each side to ensure the wheelchair stays on the path. At the end of the path, build a wheelchair ramp connecting the gazebo.

Clean regularly, seal wood surfaces, and inspect for damage or rust to ensure longevity and safety.
