"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"The water heater was fine when it was installed in 2020. However a leak developed recently. This house is a short term rental and the management company reached out to Frank about the issue. He told them that a valve was leaking from the day of installation (I have it in writing). He said that I refused to allow him to drill through drywall for a drain. My understanding is that a water heater should not regularly leak unless there is a problem and we have a drain in the floor for such emergencies. The water heater was placed on a hardwood plank, so obviously a slow leak is not something we want. When I emailed him about fixing the issue, I got some quite bizarre responses and he accused me of lying about something that I have in writing from my management company. Bottom line, I would not recommend this plumber. He is inconsistent and has been quite rude and combative in my dealings with him. Obviously I am finding a different plumber to fix the leak."

"Paid more than 20k for a brand new system that included a 2 year maintanence warranty from Feb 2023. In April my unit broke and had no a/c in 2023, and they continued to blow my repair requests off until june. Also, for some reason they claim the maintenance warranty is expired as of Feb 2024. Simple math would detirmine that the warranty expires in 2025, but with our repeated emails, they continue to say it is expired. And now there is another issue and it is only the 2nd year having their unit in the house. I would not recommend them to anyone."

They provided a fair estimate, professional communication and installation, answered all my questions during the process, and cleaned up after they were done. The installation team installed a new gas shut off valve and an expansion tank, in addition to the water heater, and didn’t add on extra charges like some companies. They also insulated the pipes. I’m thankful that everything is now up to code. The plumber explained the purpose of the expansion tank, other companies didn’t even mention one.
