"Project went off without a hitch.  Doug the owner was quick and responsive from the time I contacted him for an estimate until the time the project was completed.  I was impressed with the professionalism, quality of work and knowledge Doug and his crew showed to make sure the job was done right.  They kept their work area clean while on site and paid great detail to match the motoar since we have a older home from the early 1900s.They were very friendly and outgoing. "I originally hired a general contractor/handyman to paint my NEW home (I'm a first time homebuyer). I wanted to paint the guest bathroom a red wine color, and an accent wall in my living room a dark gray color. This guy arrived 12 hours late, had ZERO professionalism when it came to communicating, took longer than quoted to complete the job, dripped paint onto every surface, and overall did the WORST paint job I have ever seen. I was mortified, upset, stressed, crying... you name it. UNTIL... I received a follow-up text from Elijah with MP Painters asking if I still needed his painting services. I sent him pictures and he immediately called me, and advised me what went horribly wrong, and reassured me that he could fix the horrendous paint job. This was on a Friday late afternoon. The next afternoon, he showed up and re-painted the guest bathroom in about 2 hours; said he needed to come back the following week with a taller ladder for my living room. Came back that Monday afternoon and completed the living room, and cleaned up the trim in both rooms. Maybe there about another 5 hours. Without giving too much away, Elijah is significantly younger than the man I originally hired and FAR MORE TALENTED AND PROFESSIONAL. He stayed in touch with me throughout the process, was friendly, thorough, on time, fair in pricing, everything you could want in a painter in your home. I wish I could post before and after pics of his work so you could truly see the updates! I am planning on hiring him again for an exterior paint job as I know he will knock it out of the park. "The paint job has been very good.  I've gotten compliments on the color and how good it looks.  I told them the color paint I wanted, but when they came back it wasn’t the right shade.  They were very nice about it and they went back and changed it out.  I paid extra to have them paint the doors, but they didn’t replace the fixtures on the door because they wanted the paint to dry.  I went to put the towel rack on and found that it was broken.  I called him and told him but he said he didn’t know anything about it, it must have been his help.  He offered to come replace it, but I did it myself.   He left some belongings here and I called to tell him.  But to this day, he has not picked them up.  Their work was good.  They came back and touched up some areas and were very polite.  It’s just the little things. "

"Wonderful experience!! My husband and I were remodeling our master bathroom and needed to remove wallpaper, paint the walls and trim. We also had a few spots that needed to be patched. Michael had great pricing, he showed up early each day, worked hard and the quality of work was excellent!! He is very skilled in his profession. We had a lot of wallpaper and I was shocked that he got all of it off the walls in 3 hours!!
