"I can not say enough good things about Capital Palmetto Builders. Ivan and his team were very professional, walked us through the whole process and answered the many questions we had. Before we began the process of getting a new roof and seamless gutters we did our due diligence and contacted two other companies along with Capital Palmetto Builders. After meeting with the other two roofing companies there was no doubt that we were going with Capital, and I’m so glad we did! "I initially wanted to hire this company to install gutter guards. They looked at the gutters and told me they were unnecessary because I have no trees around the house at all. Such honesty! SO I hired them to clean and inspect the gutters and fix multiple leaks. They did and during the detailed inspection found a problem with the way the roof shingles were installed on one side of the patio several years ago. The wood on the patio roof was rotting out. I called the roofing company and they fixed the shingles. So thanks to All American Gutters I now have functional, clean gutters and the rain is properly draining into the gutters. Very happy. This company is honest, thorough, and management is committed to excellence."
