Clayton Carder, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable and professional in assisting me to make decisions regarding the trees on my property. His company removed the trees and stumps safely and completely, making my property appear as if the troublesome, damaged trees had never even been there.

Robert, the owner, was so nice and accommodating. He even took extra care to save a birdâ s nest that was in a branch that was being cut. I had a great experience and would definitely use this company again.

Called me right back to schedule, squeezed me into their schedule for the next Monday, gave needed recommendations to items I did not consider, cleaned up after very nicely.

Clayton was great to work with. The crew was very courteous and safe. The price was very reasonable I had two large trees that needed to be removed and 3 others that needed trimming And the stumps removed I recommend getting a quote from them before hiring someone else

A 20" diameter 30ft-40ft tall white oak tree fell on my house during Hurricane Dorian, puncturing my roof in several places and causing water leaks in the house. I called Palmetto Professional Tree Service and spoke to Robert. The next day first thing in the morning, Robert, Clayton,and his crew were there as promised, and began to remove the tree. After the better part of the day, they were finished. They removed the tree as well as all debris. The whole process was very professional, prompt, and a job well done! If it weren't for the tree stump in the woods and the holes in my roof, I couldn't even tell the tree had fallen. The yard was meticulously cleaned up afterwards. If actually looked like a landscape crew had been there! They were also nice enough to tarp my roof to cover the holes to prevent further water leaks until I could get the damage assessed and repaired. The roofer that came out for an estimate even commented on the tarp they put on my roof, saying that was just as good if not better than what his crew would have done! They even helped out some of my neighbors while they were in the area that had minor tree issues as well. Robert, Clayton and his entire staff were were excellent to deal with. Prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional are just a few of the words that come to mind! I highly recommend them for your tree service needs!

We had a tree come down during Dorian, Robert was out the next morning cleaning up the mess. They took the stump and all and did not have to grind. Very fare price for the service and fixed our problem quickly and professionally. I would recommend their service and will use them again. Nice professional folks.
