He told me office would be in touch they scheduled a quote bid for 9/23/2020 many weeks after tech was here, so after bid it will be one to two weeks before relocation of generator and service. Process is taking way to long I was willing to advance pay if they brought materials on 9/23 and complete proper install. It’s Hurricane season. They also billed me for the maintenance which he could not do because he said it was out of. Code."

He was very patient and thorough in explaining the system operation and Bluetooth software. He insured that I understood everything and answered any and all questions. I have only had the system for a short time but it is performing perfectly. This project is to replace n old system. This new system cost $1500 less than the 20 year old system it replaced. The lights that I bought for him to install in the kitchen doesn’t light up the kitchen enough, so since I liked the design of light so much the owner suggested that i place the same exact light in another area of the kitchen.
