Should you have an issue while your system is under manufacturer warranty - no problem. It does not matter who installed the equipment we can service the parts warranty - residential or commercial. We also can take care of all your Commercial HVAC, refrigeration and cooking equipment needs including manufacturer warranties no matter the installer. We specialize in all restaurant and convenience store equipment. Beverage, ice machines, coolers, freezers, fryers, warming boxes, holding cabinets, filter systems, lighting, small appliances, on site stainless steel and steel welding and fabrication. A family member needed a new HVAC unit, and Walter and his team exceeded our expectations. We explained the importance of having central heat and air as soon as humanly possible but needed an unconventional approach. We needed a change agent. We were requesting consideration because we could not afford the total costs associated with the traditional methods of purchasing a new system. Exhausted, and thinking outside of the box, to help meet the need for heating a home during this winter season, we thought of purchasing a unit. We qualified to buy a unit but did not follow through until we could find that one person — just one who would take a risk and help a family in need. Angie’s List was our absolute go-to. We stepped out on faith, believing that we would find someone with a heart of compassion, understanding that this was a complete liability. Without hesitation, Walter accepted the task at hand, he was indeed our change, writing an estimate the same day and in record-breaking time. He simultaneously worked to help identify the unit and appropriate specifications so that we would not make an inaccurate purchase. He orchestrated the entire project from start to finish, keeping a constant line of communication. Walter knew when the unit arrived, dates that he would be available for installation, and timely follow-ups. On the day of service, we received a call; it was Walter, and the crew was en route. We were encouraged it was surreal, it took the unit one week to reach Charleston, and installed day two after the delivery. Once installed, would you believe that we received an additional military discount? Commercial & Residential Heating & Air LLC, basically installed this unit at cost. We are in complete disbelief and know that greater things are in store for Walter and his team. Thank you for helping our family.
