"The problem was not with the cleaners. It was with the owner of the business. First of all, she required $100 to guarantee that we would engage her company. The cost for the first two visits was almost $500. We are a retired couple living alone with one beagle. We are NOT pigs and our house was not filthy. My big beef is that she requires payment via a credit card which she charges the week we are due for cleaning. The other complaint is that, even if you notify her ahead of time, you are still charged for cleaning if you will be gone and do NOT want anyone in your home to clean. The other “rule” is that you need to give a 30 day written and verbal notice to cancel her services. But, we were not given an address ?? A contract was brought to us after several weeks of engaging this company. Since we were already unhappy with Maid it Happen, we did not sign it! The cleaning lady who took care of us was excellent !! That is “why” some of the grades were higher. However, I would not recommend this company to anyone!"

"Chris was professional, explained the job and showed me pictures of each step involved with cleaning our dryer vent I admitted hadn’t been cleaned in 5 years. He never shamed me but encouraged me to clean every year. Honestly my laundry room was cleaner after he left. He sweep up missing socks and dog fur before putting our dryer back in place. "The guys demolished a very large, old hot tub and hauled it off. Scheduling was very fast and easy. The price was reasonable with the scope of the job. Tim's communication was excellent. He called when he said he would, texted when he was on the way and came when he said he would. They were efficient and professional while being friendly and kind. They did an excellent job getting into a tight spot to load all the pieces. They did a beautiful job cleaning everything up. They came prepared with all the right tools. They hauled everything off with attention to detail. They covered and secured the load so as not to lose anything during transport. I can't recommend The Jones Standard enough. I would not hesitate to use them again and I'm going to tell my friends and neighbors about them. I won't recommend some people I have used in the recent past for various jobs, but I definitely recommend these guys. Thank you for an excellent job, especially in this scorching heat."
