"Fabulous job on an add-on screened-in porch extension of concrete patio from small slab, shingled, added beautifully to the back of the house as if it were part of the original build. Extended patio also has a beautiful built-in firepit. The crews were great to work with. would hire again."

"A tree fell on our home and destroyed the roof in late June of 2025. Tommy with Southern Design Homes got to work as soon as he was cleared to do so and had my home repaired and in better condition than it was to begin with within the first 2 days of July! "He was very friendly and efficient.  He also protected the fish in the pond from the chemicals when working close to it.  He offered to do other things (at no additional cost) such as blow the leaves from the roof, and even carrying in a very large bag of dog food.  He was very courteous and polite.  I would definitely hire him again.
