"After hearing frequent noises in the attic and/or walls, we contacted Wild Thingz for assistance. Our inital call to them was in the evening to which we received a prompt response and a quick appointment was scheduled. 

Our main contact was a very courteous and knowledgeable young man named Tom. Tom met me the next day and conducted a detailed evaluation of the situation. He made a thorough inspection of the attic and determined that our nocturnal noises were likely coming from rats. He showed me evidences of this, most notably the droppings and large burrowing holes in the attic insulation. He said there was no evidence of other critters such as raccoons an opossums. Following the evaluation, he prepared a proposal to address the problem. Each part of the proposal was explained in detail and prioritized as to what was most  immediately important to stop the entry of rats, and was was preventative to minimize any future animal intrusions.

After we decided to accept the proposal, Tom and his assistant's work was completed in a timely manner and was of high quality. For example, their work to resecure the crawl space vents and to upgrade the attic gable vents was neat and made with quality materalsl to blend well with the existing trim and paint. Traps for the rats in both the attic and crawl space were monitored closely. We were kept fully informed throughout the whole project. Every detail or question we had was fully discussed with us. They also assured us that they would respond promptly if we had any future problems with rats. It the problem was due to any flaws in their work, it would be corrected without charge.
