Very bad.

Brad responded quickly to my initial call. I used Angie's List reviews in my decision to call Allstar. He came out to my house the next day to investigate the scratching noises I had recently heard in the ceiling and wall spaces. After inspecting the attic and the crawl space under the house, Brad quickly determined that it was rats (and possibly mice). He asked me relevant questions about sights, sounds, and smells I may have experienced and helped me understand the behavior of rodents. My house is small, yet he spent an hour and a half with me walking around my house (inside and outside) and pointing out small places of entry on the outside for rodents to enter the attic and crawlspace. Brad answered all of my numerous questions and provided a fair estimate of the cost for rat traps, removal, and closure of all entry points during the initial visit/consultation. He followed up the next day with an e-mailed quote of the work to be performed with a one-year warranty on repairs for rat re-entry. I was very impressed by Brad's level of professionalism and knowledge, as well as his patience with someone who was very freaked out about having rodents hanging out in her attic and crawlspace. He returned the next day, set three traps in the attic and three in the crawlspace. A few hours later, a fat rat set off a trap in the attic - a very loud, 30-second drama. I immediately texted him to let him know (about 7pm), he responded by text, and returned the next day to remove the remains of a stupid, fat rat. (He looked fat when Brad showed it to me.)  A few days later, the fat rat's accomplice was captured and killed in the crawlspace. Brad and his assistant re-baited and left the traps a few more days, and began the repair work to close off entry points. They also did some additional work to prevent bats in the gable vents. And Brad also volunteered to do a few extra things for me like changing flood lights that were extremely high on my house. He left the traps three more days to be certain all of the rodents had been captured. I highly recommended Allstar, and would definitely use them again for their services.

Simple trick to put ammonia soaked cotton ball in the hole and out came the squirrel and we could do the repair ourselves.  They also did an awesome job on the home next to us that was far, far more complex as the home had been empty.  Neighbors who have since moved were very pleased with their work which took several weeks to complete and repair the damage to the roof and attic that had been done by the squirrels.this was summer of 2012.

Brad and other employee were very nice .   Traps were set and bats removed.   Total amount of hours worked were aproximately 5 for total services $2100.00.    A crane ($300.00) was rented to reach the top of the house to apply screens but would not reach.   I felt since screens were not applied as promised that I should not pay for a machine that was useless.  Allstar stated that we still had to pay for the crane since it was already paid for.   I believe that the height for the machine should have been checked before renting.     I agreed to pay but asked for an agreement in writing that if any bats returned he would trap without any other expense.
The section that could not be reached did not get a screen applied so I have to keep an eye out for bats again.

I called them for squirrel removal. They came and set traps, plugged holes and screened gables and open areas. The even fixed a couple of torn shingles. After all of that, they set the traps and came back daily over several day to check traps and remove squirrels. 
They were prompt, profession and do what they say and fun to work with. 
MY ONLY COMPLAINT would be that I would have liked to have known, IN ADVANCE of what they were going to do.  The gray screening placed over the gables on the exterior looks bad and just screwed up there. I think they could have done this from the inside of the attic. Now I have this exposed heavy screen that has been screwed so the exterior of the gables. It will do the job but is NOT attractive. THEY DID NOT suggest alternatives, or get permission, even as a coutesy, before doing it. They just did what they thought should be done without a briefing. Like it or leave it. 
But they solved by squirrel issues and dropped a bill for $742.00
Maybe it was my fault for not asking, but they did not give and estimate, jumped on the issue and dropped the bill. 
They came and But they solved my problem and were on it!

Allstar Wildlife Removal were excellent. They were prompt, responsive, professional, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done well. They were excellent. Squirrels are expensive little buggers. I thought their price was fair for what they did and the number of days they came by and checked on things. 

Brad and Lonnie came out and inspected my home discovering a squirrel problem in my attic. They checked around my house and on my roof for entry points. They did a wonderful job of sealing the entry points, painting them, and blending them into the facade so that the seals couldn’t be easily detected. They also set a trap on my roof. I asked them about cleaning and deodorizing my attic, but they told me I didn't really need it. They could have easily charged my an additional fee for this service and I would have never known the difference. They got back in touch with me after a few days to make sure that the squirrels were no longer a problem. My squirrel problem has been solved and at less than half the price of other competitors starting quotes. They were very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with. I don’t normally write reviews, but I'm just that pleased with their service. I highly recommend them and will use them again should the need arise.

He was very professional. He was very kind to animals. He checked everywhere he thought bats could enter the house. The price was fair.

They come out initially to inspect and set traps. They have come back at least 10 times to check the traps. They also set humane traps for some animals, so they are not killed. They do not end the service until the entire problem is taken care of. They also filled in the holes the squirrels had chewed to get in the attic. They even spray after they are finished with the job to take care of any animal odor that is left so other animals will not be attracted to that smell. I would use them in the future and have already recommended them to others as well.
