- Homefix Custom RemodelingI first utilized HCR in the August/September time frame. The sales rep., Robin was very pleasant. She did not come off as a high pressure sales person. We engaged in conversation. Her demo of windows was great. I placed an order an order for nine (9) windows to be installed. Due to the supply chain shortage, I did not receive my product and installation until January. Robin had apprised me of this delay upon our initial meeting. The installers were punctual and worked diligently. They installed the windows in one day. I did observe a rip in one of the screens. I placed a call to HCR to inform them of my observation. They said they would replace the screen, which they did in a very timely fashion. I reached out to Robin in September 2022, as I was ready to commence installation of the remainder of the windows, which in total was twelve (12). Robin arrived at my residence. She did the demo and I signed for the purchase. The targeted date for installation was set. There was a brief delay due to the type of living room windows I have - palladium and they are in two pieces. I received a call on or about January 16/17, 2023, apprising me that my windows are in. I set a date for installation - January 24, 2023, with a window of arrival time between 8-11 a.m. The four installers arrived @ 8:30. The immediately commenced to work. They put down a heavy covering for the floors and went at it until completion @ about4ish. I am extremely satisfied with HCR. As you can see, I am a “repeat” customer. I highly recommend them. I saw in one review someone said that they use unlicensed installers. Like any company, they have to go through extensive training and most individuals are not very knowledgeable about their job. They receive training

- Coastal Siding & Windows IncNot one who normally takes the time to write reviews, but can't resist adding this. People need to know how good a crew that Arnie Levin has with Coastal Siding and Windows, Inc. We have a single family home that needed 7 windows replaced - two of which were double-sided, meaning 2 single windows side by side, which makes the overall size of that particular window twice the width of a single window. So, basically this was considered a 9-window job. As promised, the crew arrived between 7:30 and 8:00 AM and started a little after 8:00 AM. The amazing thing about this was the fact the job was completed before 10:00 AM. In fact, they were cleaned-up, packed up, and gone by 10:10 AM. There was no mess left behind and they even had people on the inside cleaning up as they went along from room-to-room. So, in about 2 hours time, they removed siding & old windows, installed new windows and put everything back together. They had a team of 7 working together and it was obvious this team had been working together for a very long time. Could not have been more impressed with workmanship and quality of work. Very cordial, answered all my questions, and very happy with the finished product. Thanks Arnie and Billy

Recently used their services for a second time to create and install large decorative window moldings (first time in a kitchen bay window and second time in living room). "Our roof replacement went great from the estimate to the completion. We called for an estimate, got it the same day. Scheduled the install date, and installers showed up on time and completed a rather tough roof replacement in one day! Workmanship and clean up was excellent.
