They were professional from the word go. Called right away, showed up as promised, work done on schedule and as promised. And they were extremely nice to work with. Can't say enough good things about them.

Paul and Ryan did an absolutely outstanding job. They were professional, courteous, detail oriented, punctual and treated my house and belongings with respect. They cleaned as they went and at the end of each day, checked with me to make sure I was satisfied with each area before they moved to the next. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them highly!!

Was promptly contacted by owner and within days we had an appointment scheduled to receive and estimate. Received very professional estimate within a couple days laying out expectations they had for us, licensing information, detailed estimate of work to be performed. Very reasonable price given the amount of area we were requesting. We scheduled the start of work approximately 30 days after contract agreement. We are firm believers that you get what you pay for and took their professional scheduling as a good sign as their services were in high demand across the low country. We were not at all disappointed in the final results. Each day they cleaned up after themselves (Keep in mind how messy popcorn removal from a ceiling is), flaws in the ceiling that were seen even with the popcorn were corrected via tape, mudding, sanding and are no longer recognizable after a perfectly prepared surface was painted. We saw no signs of brush marks from painting or lines from the sanding of the ceiling, the corners and edges against the wall were cleaned up and even caulked. We had no issues with any mess or material found on our hardwood floors as all areas were properly tapped and covered. The entire process took roughly a week to complete. We had vaulted ceilings (Close to 15' I'm guessing in our living room and 10' in our MBR) and they look awesome now. Overall we could not be any happier with the results and we were thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, cleanliness, responsiveness and final product this company completed for us. I received a call back immediately after contacting Paragon Painting for an estimate on my home. We painted the entire inside (walls, ceiling, doors, trim etc) and the outside for what I considered to be a competitive price. It is a real pleasure to find professionals of this calibre. Ryan and Paul are all the things you look for when searching for a provider. They are responsive and responsible. They call when they say they will, on time, and their work is TOP NOTCH.  When they found that there were areas of my vaulted ceiling, under the popcorn, where the old drywall finish was bleeding through the latex primer, they stopped, went out and bought alkyd based primer, returned and got right back to work.  They didn't even try to charge me more for the extra time and materials.  They are consummate professionals.  Not to mention they are super nice, and smart to boot!  I intend to hire them again when I can afford to remove the popcorn ceilings in the rest of the house.  I keep looking up and admiring their work!!

Very clean and professional. They also painted around some fans that the builders had mispainted at no extra charge. They were fast and all the details were covered. Love them!

Paragon painting went above and beyond for this service. Our popcorn ceilings are old, but they made them look new again. They came while we were at school/work, and cleaned up and locked up after they left. Price was more than reasonable, too. We would highly recommend them to anyone who wants reliable, professional, and better than expected results!

It all went very well Ryan and his Father Paul work as a team.  And what a team they are!  Very professional and courteous.  We were consulted and kept in the loop for any situation they ran into along the way. They started and finished on schedule.  Their proposal included links to satisfied customer's letters and even a copy of their Insurance coverage. The finished job looked spectacular.

If you live in the Charleston Summerville area, these are your painters.  Period. 

We could not ask for better service.  The father and son team (Paul & Ryan) are the best that we have ever hired.  They go above and beyond what is asked of them. For instance, we have a very high ceiling and our hallway chandelier and  window above front door are hard to reach for cleaning without a ladder.  Paul and Ryan voluntarily clean both without any additional cost to us.  Minor  things that could be done to enhanced the appearance of our home were done without hesitation.  Working with Paul and Ryan is like working with family.  They are courteous, punctual, honest, pay close attention to details, and make sure that you are satisfy with the results of their work.  I can honestly say that this is best paint job we have ever received.  We already have another contract with them to paint the exterior of our house next month.

Awesome experience from start to finish. Best team we've hired to do work on the house. They were flexible and quoted the job as we requested. Other contractors have warned about dust in the house after refinishing popcorn ceilings. Not an issue with these guys as they use vacuum sanders. No detectable dust in the house after the job was completed! The finished product exceeded our expectations. Will definitely use them again.

Ryan and crew are fantastic!!! I have never had a company respond as quickly as Ryan. They did a fabulous job! Our house went from builder grade drab to HGTV awesome!! Ryan was so patient with me while I picked out my colors and then changed my mind again. Thank you Ryan for doing an amazing job and making our house feel like a home!!!

Ryan and Paul showed up on time for each of 3 days.  They painted our living room, kitchen, master bed & bath and part of the staircase leading to upstairs. They were quiet, professional, and cleaned up each evening before they left our home, including vacuuming and placing furniture back where it belonged.  They painted walls are beautiful! We highly recommend Paragon Painting! They are very nice father and son who work together and are very pleasant and professional!  We definitely would have them back when we do our upstairs!

We have been upgrading the interior of our home for at least two and a half years. During that time we have had contractors provide installation of *windows, doors and hurricane window protection, *quartz countertops with recessed double sink, *carpeting throughout, *appliances, including garbage disposal, refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, aluminum screening for the back porch. No contractor has come even close to Paragon Painting in pricing, staying within time parameters, professionalism or effectiveness of service.

Paragon's father and son team brought a high quality paint that is washable and beautiful. In order to use that paint, they first moved the furniture out of the way, laid a drop cloth that was not needed because they dripped no paint, evened the walls for bumps and blemishes, caulked everywhere it appeared even remotely necessary, and moved the furniture back to its original position. When they left the house was even cleaner and neater than it was when they started.

I really did not want to give this review, as we intend to have Paragon back, in a few months to paint our trim work and garage. I've been afraid that if too many folks see such a glowing report it may be difficult to get a good schedule this time.

Paragon proves that not all contractors are 'McDonalds' quality.

These guys are excellent! Their attention to detail is what makes these guys great. Every wall repair is perfect, every line cut in is perfect, and they don't make any messes. In addition to their stellar painting they are extremely careful not to damage anything in your house. They take extreme caution not drop any paint or damage items in your home...I firmly believe this is their best attribute. I trust them with my biggest investment and you should too!

The job took three days starting on Monday, 7/7/14, ending 7/9/14..  Every day Paul and Ryan arrived on time, ready to go.  Their prep work was amazing, hammering in the popped nails and spackling over them.  They were very professional and nice.  Both my husband and I were pleased how quickly they worked and the care they took in painting and cleaning up each day.  All in all, they did an excellent job and I would definitely hire them again to do further work.  I highly recommend them and we were very pleased.

Ryan and his dad are great at their job and great guys in general. They completed the work in a timely fashion and did an amazing job. I have an old house (built in 1955) and I'm sure I will need painting/wall repair services in the future. I will not hesitate to call Paragon again as I couldn't be happier with the work.

This is a Father/Son business and they did an excellent job. This was a four day job. They arrived promptly each morning ready to work and completed the job according to the contract and at the agreed price. I would highly recommend them.

Paul and Ryan did a fabulous job. They were excellent communicators about my project. They were super flexible with scheduling and dealing with a string of delays from my general contractors. They even corrected some really shoddy drywall work before painting. I cannot give them a high enough recommendation. They were extremely professional, friendly, affordable, and did a fabulous job!

It looks fantastic.  You can't even tell it was damaged.  They did everything I asked on time and cleaned up everything
