Some places stood out as high ridges and other places sloped down into valleys. The highs and lows were not so noticeable when the floors were covered in carpet, but once the carpet came off, they stood out more clearly. I decided that something must be done. I set up an appointment with Mr. Masle Gamez of Uneven Floor Solutions. He came to the house, evaluated the situation, and recommended a plan to fix my uneven floors. Talking with Mr. Gamez inspired my confidence that he knew what he was talking about and could deliver on his promises. I was pleasantly surprised when an early date was set for the crew to begin work. They showed up at the appointed time and promptly set to work in a businesslike manner. They had the proper protective safety gear and the specialized tools for this job. Partway through the job, Mr. Gamez led me on a guided tour through the crawl space, showed me the problems to be fixed, and pointed out the progress so far. When the job was almost complete, a specialized measuring device was used to help visualize the unevenness of the floors and control how much correction was needed to make them flat. At the end of the job, Mr. Gamez showed me pictures of the work done in the crawl space, which saved me from returning there to check the work. I am very satisfied with the work that was done. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Russell Holsenback of R.H. Builders, LLC and his associate, Jose Reyes, just completed a screen porch replacement and replacement deck at our home. Their workmanship is excellent and we are extremely pleased with the resulting changes. They also built a drainage and outflow system effectively eliminating a water runoff issue away from the house to the outer yard. They are pleasant individuals who make a dynamic duo with their skillset, experience, knowledge, and expertise. Russell’s experience in his craft is extensive and is reflected in the first cut of wood, the first screw placed, and the first nail pounded. He listens well, makes sound suggestions, and is amenable to design/build changes. His skillset has been honed through the years by sheer practical participation and encountering events in his trade. He has a “can do” attitude with a great motto that he lives by, “there are no problems, just solutions”. Among the many talents of Jose is one of being a tile setter. He is meticulous in measuring, thoughtful in design ensuring precision cuts with clean edges and straight lines, and he seeks your opinion along the process. We are indeed happy with Russell and Jose and their craftsmanship in our remodel project."

"Good. CHW connected us with MJ Services for an appointment. MJ Services technician came to the house on the morning of the appointment date, assessed, found and reported the broken equipment. He placed a temporary solution to keep the house warm during Christmas break while we waited for the parts to come in. In the afternoon, CHW sent me a note that the equipment was ordered and provided an estimated delivery date, and arranged a follow up appointment to replace the broken part."

"It was okay. They did not charge anything additional. The guy came in because he was checking the foundation and once he left, I realized I had dirt throughout my house, everywhere he went. He had dirty boots that I didn't realize were dirty until he left. He went upstairs and everywhere he went, he tracked dirt throughout my house, so I wasn't very happy with that. They call me at least once a month because they gave me an estimate, so they call me about it. That is irritating. I would tell people to give them a chance and to make sure they take off their boots first. When she called the first time, I told her that we were thinking about it, so she asked if she could call back in about 3 weeks, and I said yes. When she called I said we had not yet made a decision and now they call once a month, and I haven't spoken with them, but she leaves a message. That is not a big deal, because I should have just told them not to call. My big problem is that he checked the foundation under the house and then came with mud into the house. We got another estimate that was like $6000 less. They were aggressive with responsiveness."

"I paid for the recovery of the Freon, everything else was covered under the warranty. I know what it would have cost if it wasn't covered. I would tell anybody if you have an house, you need to have them. They have been very good to deal with. They were very polite, and very professional. It took about three hours to complete. It was completely cleaned."

"The workers were outrageously good. The guy that did the estimate was under what it should have been and it cost us double the amount, but the guys who did the work were fabulous and made it work. It cost more, but the basement does not have a smell or anything, so I can't blame them for it. They were done in a week. I was embarrassed, there wasn't a speck of dirt when they were done. It was clean as a whistle, and it wasn't like that when they walked in. They were really good. They recommended an electrician, and so even if they didn't do some part, they support you and help you find them. They check up and make sure everything is okay. They call back every time you call them. They did a great job."
