"Mark was very responsive to all my questions before the appointment for upholstery cleaning (4 couches). He arrived right on time, looked at the couches and asked questions, explained what he was going to do then got to work. He worked for more than 7 hours (my couches were in terrible shape) to get my furniture as clean as it can be! Mark is very professional, personable and knowledgeable. I plan to call him again!"
