They came out and gave an estimate and had samples of wood to choose from and gave options for the installation on the edges, etc. They show up when they are scheduled to for all appointments and they explain what they are going to do and how to care for the counters after installation. "The  provider met customer at customer's home to measure, offer suggestions, and measure for laundry room cabinets.  The provider suggested a fold down folding table to maximize the use of the laundry room space. Great idea! The provider was very punctual in emailing quote, and answered questions regarding the job.  Once the customer awarded the job to provider, the provider gave an approximate install date.  The provider called to inform provider of the exact install date, and the provider installed  cabinets in a timely manner.  The quality of the install was excellent, and the price was competitive.
