"I hired SRW to clean my roof and install gutters. Initially, they came when they said they would and did good work. An issue arose a month or two later, and I contacted them. They said, No problem, we will be out Wednesday at 11 am. I called them on Wednesday at 11 am, and it went straight to voicemail. I left a voicemail. I called them the next day, and again, it went straight to voicemail. As of this writing, they have not returned my calls or shown up at the house, and my calls still go straight to voicemail. "

It was not actually the unit itself, but the ductwork that goes from one side of the house to the other was in terrible condition. Definitely needed repair. Holes in it big enough to put a clothes basket in it was no wonder that It was amazing. Their service is great so I would definitely recommend them to anybody that had air-conditioning problems or plumbing problems. If I had a chance to give them a 10 instead of a five, I would definitely give them 10 stars. Thanks again guys."

They tried to extort us for more that the original contract to get our materials back without even completing the job. This was after they went a whole week without showing up. They agreed to return our materials and assaulted my partner in the process. Not only would I not recommend them I am in the process of filing a police report. Do not use this company under any circumstances."
