Window Cleaning
My husband and I moved into a home last fall here in Murrells Inlet. There are many windows which is great, but would have been a lot for us to clean. We contacted Window Genie. They did all of our windows inside and out as well as the screens in about two and a half hours. Alicia, Jake and Richard were the cleaners. They were terrific! They were professional, thorough, and left our home in the manner in which they found it. We were very pleased and will look to have them back again next year.

Pressure Washing, Window Tinting
The Pressure washing crew, (Alicia and Frank), arrived on time, walked my property with me to review what areas need to be done and proceeded to do an outstanding job of pressure washing. Then walked the property with me again to make certain the job met my expectations. It did! Alicia and Frank are very professional. The crew that performed the window tinting, (Sean and Ryan), arrived on time to do the tinting of the glass on the door and windows of my back porch. They were also very professional. They put down drop cloths to protect the interior of my porch and did a very professional job. I highly recommend Window Genie and their technicians for their outstanding work.

Frank and Alicia cleaned the windows - and man do they sparkle! A few weeks later Shan and Frank came out to install some window film on 4 stationary windows. Excellent job. I like the way this company works. Tom came out to do the estimate and emailed me the quote. They call before they come out. They follow up after to make sure you are pleased with their work. Highly, highly recommend.

Gutter Cleaning
The two employees Rob and Alicia called and told me they were on their way. It was earlier than scheduled which was okay with me. The sooner the better. They started work right away and did a good job overall. However, my complaint is over the fact that when they rolled the hoses up back into their holders, they must have rushed it because they were tangled up terribly. My front hose was tangled up so bad I had to cut it up in pieces to get it out. The front hose is in an enclosed unit. I purchased a new hose to replace it. I should have kept the $10 tip and used it towards the new hose.

Tom is the consummate professional estimator. The crew arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently. When there was a part of the job that didn't require them to work very hard, they gave me a partial refund. And then they followed up the next day. Not only would I hire this company again but I intend to use them for multiple rental properties.

He did and excellent job and kept very clean. I would highly recommend Window Genie for your needs. Hired to wash home. In and out in under 30 minutes. Could’ve done better with a garden hose. I texted Tom explaining the issues with pictures and he ignored me. Waste of money. Trust me steer clear of this company. I wasn’t home or I wouldn’t have paid for the job. They take your money and run.
