TeamEdit originally started as just a mowing service company with 1 mower and a trailer. We then wanted to expand our services and bring more to our clients so we dedicated more time and effort to master different services. TeamEdit now offers a variety of professional services. MapleLeaf Landscape is a full service landscape design and installation company. With one full-time employee who has a degree in architecture and 15 years of working knowledge of landscape as it pertains to the environment. We work closely with and manage the installation of all designs through a single contracted installer. MapleLeaf is on site for all projects to keep installation flowing smoothly and to work with clients as questions and suggestions arise. To begin we generally do a walk through with clients on their property to gain insight to the clients wants, ideas, and needs for their property. MapleLeaf then starts work on a landscape plan/design (fee based) once a final design has been approved by the client, and if needed home association, an estimate for the installation will be given to the client. Once the plan/design has been approved a partial payment will be expected before installation begins. MapleLeaf will generally expect another payment half way through the project and then the final payment at the end of the project. Check, cash, and credit cards are accepted. Plants are guaranteed for one year if well taken care of. We are happy to discuss maintenance of the landscape installation if needed. MapleLeaf has a small client referral program, where if a client refers a new customer to us we will give the current client either a small percentage off a new project or a nicely multi-plant outdoor pot that will accent the project we have already installed.
