"I am sorry that after the work we did together that you now feel this way. Zone 7 installed 57 plants, 14 tons of drainage stone, a hose bib mounted simple drip irrigation system and a load of mulch into your landscape. We came in under budget and adjusted your invoice accordingly. We had one plant die, twice, and replaced it when you notified us. Your unhappiness stems from our poor communication regarding your knowledge of the simple drip system. Our records indicate that the controller was left on the hose bib all winter and froze. We did not think to tell you to remove it for the winter. We replaced it at no charge. At that time you ordered another tree to be installed and we did so. We replaced the controller and set the run time for typical SC summer temps. The summer of 2014 was a rainy one. Again we did not communicate with you about shutting the hose bib off if it rained a lot. Your dissatisfaction with me for not better communicating with you regarding the controls is acknowledged and I apologize for it. Your anger and tone prompted my own. I should not have reacted as I did. As a result of this, we have created some documentation for customers regarding these mini drip systems operation and seasonal adjustments. Your business is valued by us and we acknowledge our fault in this situation. If Zone 7 can make amends for you, please call on us."
"I’m sorry about how you feel. Zone 7 provided maintenance at your family home for 3 1/2 years. After 3 years of service, we notified you that we were reducing our area of coverage and could no longer travel out to your home. We talked at that time, and you told me the service was great and you would be willing to pay more for us to continue. We agreed to a price and we continued service. After another half year, and we again notified you that we had to discontinue the Maintenance department and focus more on our Landscape Construction department. I’m not sure what angered you to this extent to post this and while we did inconvenience you, we simply made a business decision to end one division of our business and focus more on another. You did not live locally and we never personally met. We have no recorded of complaints from you in the 3.5 years except the unhappiness you expressed when we notified you of the discontinued service. We apologize for the situation and your unhappiness with it. If there is anything we can do at this stage for you please let me know. We valued your business and did not know the extent of your unhappiness."
"Thanks for the business! Stop by the Nursery in late winter to discuss preventitive weed control and nutrients for your new lawn...see you at the nursery soon! Lance Yuda President. Zone 7 Nursery and Landscapes [email protected] zone7nursery.com"
