He arrived right on time, looked at the couches and asked questions, explained what he was going to do then got to work. He worked for more than 7 hours (my couches were in terrible shape) to get my furniture as clean as it can be! Mark is very professional, personable and knowledgeable. I plan to call him again!"

Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help!
