After a brief call to them, a technician (Jason) arrived and he intently listened as I explained the tankless hot-water heater problems and the maintenance history of the unit. Afterwards, Jason carefully explained possible causes and what actions he would be taken to diagnose the problem(s). Jason quickly discovered the problem, repaired the unit and explained what actions were taken. The repair cost was fair and reasonable; much less than I expected. "Tim is a good communicator, keeping me updated as per his time of arrival. He arrived on time, respected our home by placing protective coverings over his boots without being asked. Performed tests to replicate and confirm the problems I stated and snaked the upstairs drain through the shower to clear the obstruction. His pricing is on the higher side curve for these services although we were very satisfied with the service provided. I would recommend and refer Tim Campbell to others."
