"They removed a bundle of roots left by another plumbing company, Mr Rooter of Hartsville, SC, less than a month before. Hill Plumbing was quick to respond, very efficient, professional and courteous. We live in a small town about 25 miles away and we felt the price was very reasonable. "Tim is a good communicator, keeping me updated as per his time of arrival. He arrived on time, respected our home by placing protective coverings over his boots without being asked. Performed tests to replicate and confirm the problems I stated and snaked the upstairs drain through the shower to clear the obstruction. His pricing is on the higher side curve for these services although we were very satisfied with the service provided. I would recommend and refer Tim Campbell to others."

"The salesman provided a very detailed qoute and clear explanation of what needed to be done. He also called his technical staff at the office to verify some technical details because we had an existing refrigerant line that is smaller than normal. They were able to qoute a unit designed to use the smaller line avoiding addtional work and cost. The installation crew had pride in their work as they insured equipment was level, well sealed, and they cleaned up everything after they were done. They went over the entire installation and provided details on how to use and care for the new system. They definitely aim to please their customers.
