"Preferred Home Services installed a brand new Split unit HVAC system including ductwork. They were fast efficient extremely professional and very knowledgeable. They explained everything they were doing before during and after they did it. Most importantly they cleaned up afterwards, to the point you couldn't even tell they were here. I also had them install a brand new water heater while they were at it. Everything is brand new and up to code I am very pleased. Thank you Angie's List for the referral. "All the positive reviews are absolutely spot on. You couldn't ask for nicer people. They showed up early, knew exactly what they were doing, and charged a very reasonable price. The job was called "handymen," but I think that's underselling it a bit. They opened up my ceiling, installed a new beam, replaced the drywall, spackled it, painted it, and mounted a heavybag. I wanted this thing to be done right, and was it ever. They cleaned up and finished ahead of schedule. You need something done well? Call them!"
