"Mr. Mike is truly an honest and very admirable handy man. He is true to his word and explains to you everything he is doing on your home remodel project. He listens to you about everything you want in your remodel plans. I was very nervous to find someone to help me redo my front main bathroom again after the first contractor never showed back up to finish the job. Mr. Mike showed up on time. He looked at my floor and looked at my bathroom. He immediately knew I had a water leak. The tile grout was all cracking on the bathroom floor and the bathroom had a terrible smell like old wet rotted wood. Mr. Mike gutted the bathroom again told me there was no rubber liner used for the shower and I had black mold. I was so upset, but Mr. Mike was so nice and calm which made me feel better. He basically rebuilt my entire bathroom. It only took him 5 days. He also found electrical wires by my water lines!! I am over the moon happy about my new bathroom and beautiful floors throughout my whole house. He also installed new interior doors. I loved the guys work and honesty so much that I redid another bathroom in my back bedroom. Mr. Mike is a handy man keeper!"

"I would highly recommend this contractor. He was hired to install a home generator. He was professional and completed the job in an acceptable time. He came to my home & advised me what kind of generator I needed, gave me a quote (which I thought was very reasonable), ordered it & had it delivered to my home. Once delivered, he & his crew installed & tested it to make sure it operated correctly. They cleaned up after themselves, took away all debris. Everything was accomplished very quickly & the pro gave me good instructions on how to use it along with the manufacturer’s guidelines. "Preferred Home Services installed a brand new Split unit HVAC system including ductwork. They were fast efficient extremely professional and very knowledgeable. They explained everything they were doing before during and after they did it. Most importantly they cleaned up afterwards, to the point you couldn't even tell they were here. I also had them install a brand new water heater while they were at it. Everything is brand new and up to code I am very pleased. Thank you Angie's List for the referral. The job was called "handymen," but I think that's underselling it a bit. They opened up my ceiling, installed a new beam, replaced the drywall, spackled it, painted it, and mounted a heavybag. I wanted this thing to be done right, and was it ever. They cleaned up and finished ahead of schedule. You need something done well? Call them!"
