Our coordinator, Ryan McAlister, was extremely knowledgeable and informative during inspection of our crawl space water issues, and his subsequent repair recommendations. Ryan was like a professor explaining retrofitting encapsulation of the crawl space and basement water issues with a slab, along with discussing such encapsulation during a new build vs. standard floor insulation in a crawl space in a climate above 60% humidity. Fascinating and educational discussion for me as an homeowner with very limited knowledge of the subject. Ryan was patient and is truly an expert. He also provided additional advice on other ground water issues and recommendations for us as homeowners to try, outside the crawl space, in order to save us money. His crew was extraordinarily hard working and diligent, personable and friendly. They did a great job in every detail relative to trench digging, gravel, wrapping, wall insulation, sump pump, dehumidifier, and drainage. Very well done and much appreciated professionalism and expertise. Very impressed with the coordinated team work demonstrated by the whole crew, Damian (foreman), Mac, and David. "Technician arrived on time and did the inspection in about 20 minutes. He was courteous and proved a written evaluation of the crawl space including actual moisture level. Fortunately we don't have any problems or need for remediation. If we did need some work to be done, would definitely call Crawl Space Medic again.

"They didn't end up doing the work. They were really high on what they wanted to do. Other people who looked at the porch said that it was not causing an issue with any water intrusion and that there doesn't seem to be any signs on the posts that this could have been recent, it could have been long ago. So no work was done. It was a front porch that had just the level concrete on one side was dipping just a little bit. I think they were going to pump it up from underneath or something like that to level it out. I would say that their response time and their professionalism of getting the quote to us on a timely manner was good. The quote was high and yet the work was not necessary according to other quotes. They should be honest to say when repairs are necessary and when they are not. The guy who showed up was nice and professional and was on time. There was a decent response time."

Our team, consisting of Dallas, Corey, David, Dallas and Alex((2 Dallases),were professional, knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Not only did we see a definite change in the sloping floors, but the cracks closed up and doors stopped sticking. When the crew was done, they cleaned up everything. Although it is only a week since the work, we do not have any concerns because of Cantey's warranty, which guarantees the work for 25 years. We were able to put off other recommended work for a later date, and plan to take advantage of that when our pocketbook allows. I will have no problem calling them back."

"The technicians arrived at my house and immediately went to work.  One technician cleaned the dryer vent while the other two inspected the chimney.  The technician who cleaned out the dryer vent went into the basement to inspect the dryer vent in the basement before he started.  That process took about 10 minutes.  He showed me the bag of lint that he removed from the dryer vent.  He acutally took out quit a bit of lint.  The other technicians came in to tell me that they found no cracks in the chimney and offered to spray the sealant into the chimney.  The gave me a quote ahead of time and told me they could preform the service right away so that I didn't need to make another apointment.  That whole process took about 45 minutes.  I was impressed with the professionalism of the technicians.
