Jackson Heat and Air have become the only company I call. I have used them four time now. They are a family business very punctual fairly priced, and highly qualified. The only criticism I have is the owner's son was my service tech. He was about 23 years old and wore casual clothing instead of a company uniform. This may make some people uncomfortable. I had two unusual problems created by my contractor in addition to needing service. The service person took the time to find the crack drain tray under the AC Coils inside my house. And a misfired fan in the heat unit in my attic.

I have used them probably five times over the past five years for different things that were broken. It's a family-owned business. They always do what they say they're going to do. That's important. I would recommend them highly to anybody.

From the time that Mr Jackson showed up, he was very proffesional. He checked my air conditioning unit out completely and informed me that the compressor was shot. He then went into the basement to check out the condensor. He asked me if the unit had run excessively and if I had condinsation on the windows. I did. He informed me that the Condensor unit was incorrectly sized for the unit that had failed. He explained that his estimate would include a larger unit that I had, and that he would have to replace the condensor unit for the system to work properly. I left my back door open so he could come during the day. They came, installed the unit and cleaned everything up. Honest, hardworking, trustworthy company.
