A great experience! From a rebuild project (demolition, new brickwork, add on to the front of the house) to plumbing inside and underneath the house to electrical work to refinishing a bathtub, this company is simply amazing! Very friendly and courteous workers. Very affordable, too. They deserve more than five stars!

Paid service fee to come out and look at the problem. After that it was a NO SHOW. He did not call me as promised to follow up on the project, so I had to call him several times and each time he had an excuse as to why he did not come. I asked for a quote to do the work and after a week I called. He said he forgot and made an excuse. Hope everyone else has better luck with him than I did. No ill-will. I'll just call Home Depot.

Renovation has been ongoing since September of 2020 and we are completely satisfied. We ran into some snags due to appliances, paint, etc being on backorder but other work was being done while we waited. Perez is a very particular person and he made sure everything met his specifications and ours. We are very pleased and happy with the outcome of the renovation. If we ever need additional work we will definitely use Discount Renovations.

I have been flipping houses for 26 years and have used many many contractors, and I have to say, Perez is one of the best. His unique ability and experience in almost all facets of home remodeling makes him very valuable. He is very meticulous about his work, he makes sure to get it just right. And after me having flipped over 280 houses, I have come to be very picky, but Perez met and exceeded my expectations. I can`t recommend him highly enough, I will definitely use him on my next flip. company installed new flooring after flooding (2015) in the den and sunroom. In the beginning the floor looked great. Over the last 18 months the floor in the den has started to separate. And the floor in the sun was fixed with pressed wood (very cheap) and it has since started to rot. and crumbling away. I have reached out to him to have this repaired he has told me on three separate occations that he would be here to fix the floor and three times he has stood me up. This is one of many porjects that he is working on for me that he has not shown up to deal with.

Perez and his helper did and excellent job. It took a little longer than expected but no cost to me. He communicated very well about situations that came up with family and a newborn baby at Christmas time. The work was first class and the cost was a little under the estimation.

He did an excellent job. One door was damaged but he knew what to do. I ended up having to get it replaced. He figured out how to install the door and Windows into very tight spaces. He is a perfectionist and tries to get everything done as best as you can get. Very high standards of workmanship. If it is anything to do with wood, he can do it.

I found Mr. Graham through Angie's List. I was impressed with the reviews, so I contacted him to come out and do an estimate. He arrived on time for the scheduled estimate and quoted me several different things, as he considered the roof and the interior repair two different jobs. I decided to proceed because the work needed to be done before further damage occurred. I scheduled the work right then and there. Mr. Graham and his crew arrived on time the day that work was to begin. The work was completed on schedule and I was satisfied at the time. However, only 2 years later, I began having the same issues with the roof leaking in the same place. The company didn't have a warranty on their work, so I was unable to negotiate any sort of repair through them. I had a different company come out and we decided to go a whole different direction with the repairs in order to develop the long term solution I thought I was going to receive 2 years ago.

Excellent. On time and did a great job. Came back and checked work to make sure we were satisfied. Would definitely recommend Mr. Graham. I felt he was a very good contractor and honest.

Perez always returned my calls and answered questions promptly. He and his crew members were very professional courteous. I was very happy with how the work turned out and I would definitely hire Perez again in the future.

It was with Perez Graham. To start with, the cost was very high, but then, I found things that were not done quite right after they had been gone a while. They were so slow. I would tell a friend to find somebody else. They were real good to start with, but then, I see things that they did not finish, things that are not done right. They would say they would be here one day and it might be a week later that they show up.

We had marble tile left over, from when Perez and his team at Discount Renovations remodeled our master bathroom, so we used it to re-face the brick fire place up to the mantel. The brick above the mantel was sealed and painted. It turned out great! The wood framing was replaced and the existing windows were refinished to match the new trim. We also had the walls painted and had a beautiful old mirror framed with the same trim used for the fireplace. It was no small job given our 18 ft. ceilings! It really came together and tied in the main room with the newly remodeled master bathroom. Great job!

Make sure when you get the estimate it is at the end so there are no surprises. Make sure the cost includes labor and materials. He does really good work.

The crew of Discount Renovations, headed up by Perez Graham, did an outstanding job! Our old home, build in 1990, was in dire need of face lift, and the old pink tile just had to go. Perez and his team completely gutted the master bathroom. They replaced or refurbished everything except the existing water jet tub. The job consisted of installing 0.500" Turkish marble on the floor and walls of both the new stand up shower and water jet tube. The walls were not exactly 'true' but this did not deter Perez, who squared up everything and it looks beautiful. The finishing touches included adding dental crown molding to match the master bedroom. The multiple coatings of stain and seal will assure the wood will remain maintenance free for years to come. The attention to detail was fantastic and he and his crew worked very well together. I'm sure that we will looking to 'repurpose' the remaining marble tiles in another room and we will be reaching out to Discount Renovations to do a quality job once again.

The lattice was put up and it seemed fine, however, any type of wind knocks it out of the frame because  the lattice was cut too short and the frame was not nailed or screwed in securely, it was just snapped in. It has been knocked out by the by average breezes and had to be snapped in at 6 different times. I have to have it done PROFESSIONALLY  now at additional cost to me so that it can stay up as it should. Crappy work. I wish I can post pictures because I would love to prove my review.

Selected this contractor based on reviews from Angies List which were mostly excellent, but was disappointed.   I contracted with him to tile three bathrooms, install a backsplash, remove popcorn ceiling and run some new wiring for new light fixtures.  
 He started by being very responsive, coming to my house to make the the initial inspection, sent an estimate and returning to discuss details.  I set a start date but when I called to confirm, he said he was working some flood repair and I agreed to delay a few weeks so he could help some folks out. I confirmed the new start date via text and took off time from work to be there to get him started.   He showed up 2 1/2 hours late and had to go to Home Depot to buy tools.  He brought in workers that appeared to be relatively unskilled and he yelled at them often.  After completing part of the job, he left on Thursday (for good reason).   He was supposed to return on a Monday at 8:30 AM and called me at 8:35 AM to say he was going to delay until Tuesday.  I explained that I needed the kitchen complete by the end of the week and he assured me it would be.  It seems they always got there late and then stayed late, which inconvenienced my family.  He used my ladders without asking.   He made me feel uncomfortable in my own house.  Any time I asked a question or made a suggestion, he responded in a condescending tone  although he told my wife he just has a strong personality and he has no issues with either of us, nor did we do anything wrong. I think he had too much on his plate and I felt like he was always rushing and blaming his workers.  He was constantly taking phone calls.  He didn't like when I asked what his plan was and just said he doesn't like to plan renovations;  he just makes it up as he goes.  He broke an expensive light fixture which he was willing to pay for, so no big deal but it was because he was rushing and did not bother to bring in a 2nd ladder for his worker whose arms got tired. When he finished the kitchen and one bathroom, he said he need to take 1-2 weeks off for personal reasons and requested to be payed for the work completed to that point.  I did pay him but asked when he would return to finish the job.   He said he would call me the following Monday but I never heard from him.  I had to hire another contractor to finish the remaining two bathrooms.  On Angies List it says he is licensed and insured, but he said he is only licensed and bonded.  He told me he only has personal health insurance for himself, but no other business insurance.  When I asked for the proof of bonding, he tired to pull it up on the WEB but could not find it and never did provide it.
The work he did seems to be good quality and the prices were reasonable which is why I did not rate him F overall, but this was not a pleasant experience and I would not recommend him to any of my friends.  He simply wasn't reliable and the way he treated his workers was totally unacceptable and very uncomfortable to be around.

Perez Graham and his co-worker did an excellent job! Set up the scaffolding, installed the fan in our grand room, at 18 ft, and it works and looks great!
We would highly recommend Discount Renovations.
